  4. semua Energi Kkal nya tidak sesuai dengan referensi dokter praktek saya. ex: Apel 1 buah utuh tertera disini 250Kkal, sedangkan sample di Susu Entrasol Diet 100Kkal, dan di tabel dr dokter saya juga 100Kka;/100gram

  10. Masak Coca Cola sampe 600-an kalori sih? di kemasannya kan ditulis 145 kcal untuk 250 ml saji.
    Beberapa makanan siap saji juga kayaknya nggak sama ama yang diterbitkan Depkes. Apakah boleh tahu referensinya dari mana?

  11. itu lho mba mas dibaca 1 kalori = 4.184 kj, yg di tabel kan kj jadi dibagi 4.184 dulu, misalnya 600 kj, berarti 600/4.184 = 143.40 kalori, itu menurut ku siiih hehehe tapi kayaknya sih emang gitu
